Easy Returns
Kiosk offers a 14-day exchange policy should the item that you have purchased be the incorrect size, or is in any way faulty. Return postage fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser. You will either receive a different sized garment, providing we can source this for you or a store credit for the total amount of the original purchase (less postage). NB: We will send you the first exchange for free, any exchanges thereafter for the same order will be at the purchasers cost.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and have ALL original tags attached.
We DO NOT accept responsibility for: - Fair wear and tear, failure to comply with cleaning instructions, abuse or third party damage, i.e. dry cleaners etc. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will refund any delivery charges incurred by you. If you have received incorrect goods you will receive a full refund or replacement goods.
To return an item, please email us with your invoice number, date of purchase and reason for the return.
We recommend that returned goods are sent by tracked courier post as we are not liable for items lost in the post. Returned goods must be packaged securely as we do not accept responsibility for goods that are damaged in transit. Any refunds will be made using the same method used for the initial transaction. Please note that credit card companies only allow refunds to be made to the same card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.
Want a different size?
If you wish to exchange your garment for another size we recommend that you email us at: info@kioskstore.co.nz to reserve the size or style that you require.
Returns must be completed no later than 14 days after the original purchase date.
NB: Please ask us first - In most cases you will be required to return them to the supplier NOT Kiosk.
