Kiosk offers FREE Shipping on ALL orders in New Zealand!!
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) after payment clears into our account. Please be aware that if purchasing on the weekend, that your order may not be shipped until Tuesday morning as we may require Monday (business day) for payment to clear. If you are experiencing delays of more than 48 hours from the time of dispatch please do not hesitate to contact us via email at info@kioskstore.co.nz
Please note: NO PICK UPS. Kiosk does NOT offer a pick up service. All orders must be shipped to an address.
Delivery
We will deliver the goods to the address you provide on the order form. Any delivery date we give is an estimate.
Unless these conditions state otherwise, we are not liable for any loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery.
If the goods cannot be delivered because you cannot accept delivery, the incorrect address has been provided, or no one is available to accept the goods, It then becomes the buyers responsibility to arrange re-delivery or personal collection of the goods from their courier depot.
If the goods are returned to Kiosk for any of the reasons listed above, the customer maybe responsible for any additional postage fees.
International Orders & Shipping Policy
We only accept International orders from the following countries: United Kingdom (UK) France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Japan, USA, Canada & Australia. Kiosk DOES NOT ship to ANY other countries.

Please note: ALL new international customers will need to email or fax us a signed photocopy of the front and back of your credit card. We need this for security purposes. This information will be kept 100% PRIVATE & CONFIDENTIAL. Your order will not be sent if these details are not provided.
You can pay via VISA or MasterCard using our secure credit card checkout.
All international orders must add international shipping to their cart or the order will be put on hold until international shipping is purchased.
NB: We do not accept responsibility for additional customs taxes, duties or other fees applied once your order departs New Zealand.
Kiosk ships all international orders via New Zealand Post International Airmail. This service is not a track and trace service, but does provide insurance for the value of your goods. Contact info@kioskstore.co.nz for details of your order location. All international packages are insured. If you would like a track and trace service for your purchase, please contact Kiosk as the charges will be higher.
Please Note:
Undeliverable Orders
If for some reason you provide the wrong address details or if your local postal service cannot provide delivery of your shipment, your order will be returned to the Kiosk distribution centre. You will be contacted via the provided e-mail or phone number you gave when you placed your order. At that time, you will be given the choice of providing an alternate shipping address, getting a refund (if you paid with a credit card) or getting store credit. Refunds and store credits will be given for the product purchased, but will not include shipping charges or taxes.
